Winery Tasting Notes

COLOUR

Bright Straw colour

NOSE

Aromatics open with generous fruit, some complexing reduction, custardy richness and savoury oak.

PALATE

Fruit intensity is the hallmark of this wine. 2021 shows a range of complexing fruit characteristics from lime curd and blood orange through to rich peach. This fruit intensity lays the ground of complexity from oak, malo and lees stirring offering mid palate richness, nutty cashew and almond oak characters a long-textured acid line and a touch of funk.
